What is our mission? We believe our mission is joining Jesus in his work to heal a hurting world. People are hurting spiritually and physically, and we believe we are to be about his mission to heal those hurts. To that end, we first proclaim Jesus as the Savior of our lives.

Secondly, we try to proclaim Jesus by our lives. We support mission work both globally and locally, but we understand that mission is about more than writing a check. It is to be the lifestyle of a disciple of Jesus.

We want to proclaim the Gospel “in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” This means we partner with missions both with and without the name Baptist that are about Jesus’ mission in the world.

We want to be about Jesus work to “preach Good News to the poor.” We understand we have a role in alleviating poverty and we happily join folks like Operation Christmas Child and Habitat for Humanity. For more information about some of our mission partners, see our resources page.
